We are a full service mortgage broker located in Nottingham, Maryland. Net Equity is dedicated to providing honest and fair mortgage solutions to our valuable clients. While many mortgage companies consider each client just a paycheck; we consider our client to be our family and we treat them as we would treat our family. We understand the difficulties of having low credit scores or some late mortgage payments and are trained and experienced to overcome any obstacles, big or small. Our dedicated team of loan officers, managers and processors will assist our clients in making the loan process as smooth and easy as possible. We understand how valuable our client’s time is and that is why we have streamlined the process down to 90 minutes per transaction (on average) – and that includes signing disclosures, getting the appraisal, faxing over required documents and settlement. We want this to be an enjoyable experience because we know if we exceed our clients every expectation, they will want to tell everyone they know about us and our service. We want to be your mortgage consultant for LIFE and we know the only way we can do that is by treating you as our client for life.
